What is 3C?
The 3C Partnership, made up of The City of Red Deer, the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce, and Red Deer County, was formed in 2001 to jointly promote the Red Deer Region for business investment and labour force attraction.

How do I obtain a business license?
Depending on the nature of your business, you may require a City of Red Deer business license to conduct in Red Deer. Please contact The City of Red Deer Inspections & Licensing Department to inquire.

Red Deer County does not issue municipal business licenses, however a development permit may be required in order to operate your business.
