Who is Red Deer Regional Economic Development?
Red Deer Regional Economic Development, consists of the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce, The City of Red Deer, Red Deer County, and Red Deer College.  Formed in 2001, with the College joining in 2006, the strategic alliance exists to create strategic economic development initatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and expanding business investment and labour force within the Red Deer Region.

How do I obtain a business license?
Depending on the nature of your business, you may require a City of Red Deer business license to conduct in Red Deer. Please contact The City of Red Deer Inspections & Licensing Department to inquire.

Red Deer County does not issue municipal business licenses, however a development permit may be required in order to operate your business.
